Because we follow a sustainable made to order model, custom/made-to-order pieces are final sale and non-custom/ready-to-ship pieces are eligible for a store credit. If you wish to exchange a non-custom piece for store credit, please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery.
This helps us move in the spirit of intention by creating customized pieces and preventing excess. So, while we do not currently provide refunds at this time, we want you to be absolutely sure that you will love your piece.
