Steps Toward Sustainability

While there's always room for improvement, we're committed to creating and maintaining a more sustainable practice.

Here are some steps we've taken to ensure we continue moving in the spirt of intention.

Our Business

We are moving towards a made-to-order model to prevent excess and ensure that you get a high-quality piece that’s made to live in. Most of our fine jewelry is produced locally in New York, meaning it doesn't travel to get here and we can ensure that jewelers provide their workers with healthy work conditions and fair wages. All of our jewelry made in India is made ethically and our factory is certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council.

Our Materials

Almost all of our bridal pieces are made with recycled gold and platinum, (meaning no new mining was required), and are certified conflict-free. All of our gemstones and diamonds are ethically sourced, conflict-free and adhere to the Kimberley Process. The Kimberley Process's strict standards prevent the flow of conflict diamonds. Our diamonds sourced from Canadamark are responsibly mined in Canada's Northwest Territories with respect for the sustainability of the natural environment and local community.

The modern heirlooms that we create are meant to be lived in like second skins, and they're made to last. We only use fine metals and high quality materials in the hopes that this will discourage frequent spending and wastage as you cherish your AARYAH piece.

Our Packaging

Most of our packaging is either recycled or made with recycled parts. All of our packaging material comes from Eco Enclose and our jewelry boxes are recyclable when disassembled. Eco Enclose provides recycled, recyclable and naturally biodegradable packaging.
