The design fee is $700 and if you move forward with us, we waive the fee. If not, the design fee is non refundable.
If more designs are needed outside the above scope of work, there is a non refundable design fee extra that we do charge.

Design Process
Our design process is very fluid and each step really depends on the client. Some clients know what they want and we skip right to the final design while some clients know what shape and style they want, so we skip design round 2.
First step - Pinterest Mood board
A collection of ring images and design styles you prefer
7-10 business days
Second step - Design round 1
Based on your mood board and our conversation, we share 3-5 black and white variations of sketches for you to review
10-14 business days
Third Step - Design round 2 (not always applicable)
10 business days
Based on your feedback from the first round, we propose three more black and white sketches for you to review
Last Step - Final Design
5 business days
This is the last stage. At this point, we have a finalized on a diamond shape and design. We present a true to life watercolor sketch for you to approve.
Once the design and diamond/diamonds are finalized, production time will vary from 3-6 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece.
The design fee is $700 and if you move forward with us, we waive the fee. If not, the design fee is non refundable.

Because we follow a sustainable made to order model, custom/made-to-order pieces are final sale and non-custom/ready-to-ship pieces are eligible for a store credit. If you wish to exchange a non-custom piece for store credit, please email us at info@aaryah.com within 14 days of delivery.
This helps us move in the spirit of intention by creating customized pieces and preventing excess. So, while we do not currently provide refunds at this time, we want you to be absolutely sure that you will love your piece.
