Our nameplate necklaces are made with 92.5 sterling silver and we plate them with yellow gold or rose gold. Over time, the gold plating will wear showcasing the 92.5 sterling silver.
We offer re-plating services which includes re-dipping your name necklace and the cost of shipping back to you (US only / USPS ground service).

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we operate on a made-to-order model. Therefore, custom/bespoke pieces, including bridal (engagement rings and wedding bands), are final sale. Non-custom, ready-to-ship pieces (excluding bridal) may be exchanged for store credit.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@aaryah.com within 14 days of receiving your order. This approach allows us to create with intention, minimizing waste and crafting personalized designs for each customer. At this time, we do not offer refunds.
This helps us move in the spirit of intention by creating customized pieces and preventing excess.
