In our pursuit of continuing to provide unique and ethical sourcing, we proudly work with Canadamark™ ® diamonds in select AARYAH pieces.

The Canadamark™ ® hallmark program is a strategic initiative of Dominion Diamond Corporation to assure the integrity of the supply chain of Canadian diamonds from mine to retailer. The program supports local communities by investing in infrastructure, education, healthcare, and training for their employees. About 40% of the miners are native people.

Each Canadamark™® certified diamond comes with an assurance that your diamond is authentically Canadian. When a Canadamark™® diamond is cut and polished, a unique serial number is assigned to the stone which is then laser engraved on its girdle together with the Canadamark™® logo.

A Canadamark™ ® diamond also comes with it’s own report similar to a GIA report.

Each Canadamark™® diamonds comes with the assurance that:

• They are 100% conflict-free
• It was responsibly and ethically sourced in the prestigious diamond mines of Canada
• It meets very specific quality standards
• The diamond is traceable to the mine it came from
• The Canadian Government requires that diamond miners adhere to strict sustainable practices and provide proof that their actions will not be harmful.
• Additionally, federal labor laws and fair wage agreements protect miners in Canada

Canadamark™® diamonds come from the Ekati mine in a remote region near the Arctic Circle and are tracked through audited processes from origin to polished stones. The mine follows strict environmental regulations. Since the discovery of diamonds in this area in the 1990s, the mine has a history of protecting the integrity of the land, water, and wildlife.
